General Farm Work
Time Commitment: Field Crew positions begin May - June and run through October. Hours are 40 - 45 per week.
Essential Job Functions: The primary responsibility is to harvest. In addition, there is a lot of other field work and maintenance, including but not limited to transplanting, hand weeding, hoeing, and moving irrigation. Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications: Excellent work ethic and positive attitude; Conscientious and able to work with all kinds of people; Strong back and knees; Ability to work outside in all weather conditions; Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds; Willingness to fully commit to the farm for the harvest season.

Youth Crew
Our Summer Youth Crew consists of energetic youth motivated to do the job! Everyone on our Youth Crew starts on the weeding crew with the opportunity to work hard and move into other positions. Work hours are daily, 7:00 am until 12:00 pm or 3:00 pm, Monday - Friday. Weather depending. If you miss our hiring event, stop by the farm and apply.
